About Client: An FMCG Brand

Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Business Director
Qualification and Experience
Graduates with 10 years exp or an MBA with 5 years exp in Marketing in FMCG / F&B Industry to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business goals, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development and advance brand building.
Preference for candidates having Brand Launch Experience
Good spoken & written English communication
Other Requirements
- Must be target oriented
- Candidate must have experience in the cold beverages industry.
- Knowledge of MS office (especially excel sheet is a must)
- Should be willing to travel extensively
Job Responsibility
- Should help the company in devising and executing strategies both at ATL and BTL level.
- Should have a good network with vendors who could help the company developing marketing tools
- Should have a connection in leading event management companies and help the company in getting tie-ups and sponsorships.
- Prepare marketing plan with budgeting and forecasts.
- Should liaise with the marketing team across modern trade change, devise and execute the marketing plan, in line with the budgets.
- Ability to lead and drive a team of Marketing Executives.
- Handling Brand Launch / Brand Promotion
