We are looking for Assistant Manager Quality Assurance - Bangalore - Permanent - Immediate notice upto 30 days.

Experience in implementing process models and standards i.e. CMMI V1.3 Dev & SVC, ISO 9001:2015
- Periodically evaluate processes and work products against the defined standards of the company
- Conduct Delivery Health check Reviews and Identify non-compliance, raise resolution actions and follow-up these actions until closure
- Exposure in implementing Agile-Scrum, Iterative, Incremental and waterfall Software Development Life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in implementing ISO registered and Surveillance Audits
- Good and sound knowledge in collecting metrics, conduct analysis to define the Goals(specification limits) and also good understanding on QC Tools
- Should have knowledge on Customer feedback collection and analysis process and help the teams to provide the action plan for the scores received from Customers
- To identify process improvement areas and conduct process trainings and also conduct best-practice sessions and implement them
- To pro-actively manage risks and help the teams to identify the mitigation plan based on the risk impact and probability
- Good knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Power point
- Good interpersonal skills, commitment towards work, proficient in creating MIS reports
