Job Title : Client Development Officer / Sales / Recovery / Collections / Field Officer (100% Field Work)

Job Location: Thane

Age Limit: 30

Experience: 6 Months -5 years (Field Sales or Recovery/Collections Experience in Banking & Finance/NBFC/Microfinance industry preferred).

Job Description:

• Moving out in the field to canvass business.
• Explaining the different products & benefits of NBFC/Microfinane to prospective clients.
• Initial screening of the customer & collection of documents.
• Coordinating between client & branch office.
• Ensuring timely recovery of loan installments.
• Portfolio monitoring & maintaining quality of portfolio.
• Cross selling of products as applicable.
• Achieving the given targets in a timely manner.
• Collecting market information from time to time.
