We are looking for an Sr. Engineer for Tool Room for one of the leading Engineering company.
Position : Sr. Engineer Tool Room & CAM Programmer
Location : Ahmedabad (Odhav)
Reporting to : HOD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
1. To independently handle Tool & die related all activities in Tool Room.
2. New Tool Development and Die maintenance work.
3. Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg. and its repairing work.
4. To guide technically to the staff and workmen in day to day routine tool & die related activities.
5. To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die requirement.
6. Timely submission of Tool & Die to the Mfg department with correction and new as the case.
7. UG NX Cam Programming, Die Development work and Tool Manufacturing.
8. Ensure discipline in work and allocation of work to available workmen.
9. Ensure proper documentation of Tool Room activity as per ISO System.
10. Ensure Health & Safety of Staff & Workmen.
11. Develop SOPs for Tool Room activities.
12. Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
Experience:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands on experience on similar position with any Engineering / Manufacturing organization.
Thorough knowledge of entire Tool Room & Die related activities
Candidate residing nearby Odhav area would be considered & given preference.
Go-getter, Punctual, Team Player, Polite and Self-Confident, Systematic work approach, Self-disciplined, Result Oriented, Enthusiastic and Learning aptitude.
Must be an expert in UG NX 6 Cam Programming
1. Skills a. Computer skills: Proficient in ERP and MS-office is a must.
b. Must be willing to work extra hours as and when required.
c. Suitable from Tool Mfg, Aluminium Die Casting, Injection Moulding Industries
