Roles and Responsibilities

This job specifically involves working on Architectural & BIM projects for company's international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors involving following aspects

• Need to understand various Architectural Design elements, construction methods and its various detailing requirements.
• To work with the team and deliver the Architectural Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
• Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
• Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Recap etc.
• Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
• independently communication with clients in written and spoken English

Desired Candidate Profile

• B. Arch with Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Architecture and Design industry
• Experience of working on US projects will be added advantage.
• Hand on Experience of having worked on AutoCAD & Revit .
• Proven experience of having successfully managed client communication independently.
• Sound knowledge in Design Management and Design Delivery Quality Control.
• Must have a working understanding of MEP & Structures, so as to interact with other disciplines and prepare design solutions.
