Job Description
Project Brief:
The organization is Indias fastest growing app based stock broker.
The goal of the project is to onboard potential customers with a Demat account.
The leads will be either people that have put up their inquiry and shown interest to open a
Demat account or have been referred by an existing customer. In some cases the
customer has come halfway through the registration process; telesales are required to
help them complete it.
2. Training of Telecallers :
There will be a 5 days long elaborate training process with certification tests on a daily
basis. The tests will be based on the daily training material itself.
Telecallers are required to clear the certification with a certain minimum score to be able
to proceed to the next stage. Failure to clear the certification would mean they would not
be able to proceed with the project.
3. Job Description :
Make calls to the leads provided to understand how far they are in the registration process.
Maintain a database of interested leads, and manage pipeline for sales to ensure target
completion.
Ensure calls being followed as per call scripts provided. They will have to modify calls based
on the constant feedback given by the Quality Check Team.
Ensure weekly completion of targets by maintaining a minimum daily number of conversions.
Any other relevant tasks that may be assigned during the process.
4. Language: Fluent English and Hindi.
5. Background required:
No geographic restrictions
Very high quality of communication skills is a must
6. Working Policy :
Working days - Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Working Hours - 10am to 7pm. (8 hours a day excluding break time for lunch).
7. Payment Policy:
Base salary Rs 6,000 + Rs. 1,000 as attendance bonus and up to Rs. 5000 incentives based
on number of registrations completed.
8. Internship Period: 2 months
Minimum 120 minutes of talktime of approved call quality are mandatory to be considered as a
working day.
