Job Description

Role & Responsibliities

• Build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools required for the speedy development and release of software.
• Lead, as Scrum Master, a highly skilled team of technical engineers, developers and infrastructure experts. This includes leading Scrum team meetings and sprint planning meetings.
• Leverage and employ Agile-at-Scale methods to design, develop, implement and optimize an end-to-end DevOps solution that transforms the organization at the enterprise level.
• Deliver on customer requirements and project KPIs.
• Implement various development, testing and automation tools, as well as IT infrastructure.
• Set up monitoring for automated system health checks.
• Constantly optimize the performance and implementation of the development process.
• Take ownership for implementing Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.
• Translate requirements into working solutions that can be effectively maintained.
• Recommend clever and effective changes to system applications, and give expert advice as to proper operation.
• Troubleshoot problems that affect the timeliness of services.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in CSE / IT / ECE from a reputed engineering institute.

Experience

• 10+ years of in-depth experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in building and scaling services in a cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Master at using automation to deploy infrastructure, applications and configurations.
• Proficiency in using coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.
