Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- 7-9 yrs Expert/Advance level knowledge in Mobility assignment management.
- Deep Immigration knowledge in Europe & UK will be an added advantage
Minimum 5-6 years experience in Assignee life cycle management
- Manage end to end assignment life cycle from initiation to on-assignment operations including C&B offer management for expats, issuance of assignment letter, payroll inputs etc..
- An active interface between HRBP, Payroll, C&B, Immigration and travel team for managing employee life cycle in terms of repatriation, C&B related issues, immigration extensions, on Assignment, pre-boarding setup.
- Assignment Management, EoR & Entity
- Offer management & template compliance
- Salary Discussion
- Mobility benefits & Operstions (NL health insurance , EoR model, Setup Umbrella service etc..)
- Employee /Expat Relation /issue management
- End to End support to Global Mobility team in India & Europe Region HR & Recruitment team
for all Europe Mobility & Immigration
