Roles and Responsibilities
BE Electrical / Diploma Electrical (8-12 years of experience)
Location - Bangalore
Skills and Responsibilities
- Capable of Handling Projects Individually
- Team development & Skill building through proper trainings
- Knowledge of HMI, PLC, Servo Motors, Robotic Welding, System Design
- Proficiency in Beckh off systems, B & R, Mitsubishi, and Siemens.
- Responsible for the complete architecture development and development of controls system for Robotic welding layout/cell, special purpose machine and different application involving robot liner indexer and rotary indexer
- Guide implementation team for final assembly or any troubleshooting when required
- Documentation of all projects and developing modularity in programming and reuse of code for all appropriate conditions
- Reviews with customers & internal teams.
Responsible for understanding Customer Requirement and suggesting best automation solution to their system with cost effective.
Accountable for analyzing tender document preparation of conceptual design documents entailing Bill of Material, General Assembly, Power & Control Schematic drawing and Cable schedule.
Developing technical data sheets for instruments and getting approval of design document from customers.
Responsible for releasing of design documents to manufacturing.
Evaluating the vendor drawings/ documents to achieve total interfacing among various systems ensuring smooth operation of plant after commissioning.
Design and selection of field instruments used in the following projects of welding automation and general automation.
Handling documentation of Project report as per ISO standards.
Developing PLC & SCADA software for the process & machine control.
Good experience on AutoCAD, Electrical CAD, SEE electrical and E-plan.
Good experience in Installation and commissioning of Variable frequency drives, servo drives and multi axis control
Detailed Engineering, Control Panels design and Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material).
Experience in Execution of Project with team members.
Good experience in designing of Electrical device layouts and many types of field sensors.
Good knowledge in Estimation and Costing of project.
Contribute to Training clients for system operation and maintenance.
Good Experience in Fail-safe PLC and Guard logix PLC (Emergency, Light curtain, Gates, Safety mats).
Good experience in HMI and SCADA development to suit Factory & process requirement.
Good Experience Allen Bradley RS-logix5000 softwares, Siemens Automation, Mitsubishi PLC ,HMI, drives.
Standardization of programing for each vertical or family for all re putative scenarios
Standardization of workflow within the team with necessary quality gates.
Python programming and structure programming will be added advantage.
