Contentstack is looking for an Media Production Specialist

Roles and responsibilities:

Video Production

• Work as a key member of the creative team by producing high-quality content to share on social media, websites and other platforms
• Create and develop internal and customer-facing explainer and product features videos
• Edit new and existing videos
• Storyboard, plan and execute video shoots from pre-production through post-production
• Work with the content, marketing and design team to ensure deadlines are met
• Create, maintain and update a library of product videos that can be used for various purposes
• We have an in-house video production studio with all the latest tools, equipment, and software applications

Graphics Design Photography

• Create various graphics and edit marketing materials (using Photoshop, Figma)
• Create flyers, poster, brochures, and other materials for the purpose of marketing, sales, and internal and/or external training
• Work with product and creative teams to creating stunning visuals
• Conduct product and commercial photography for marketing materials, case studies, events, social media, and websites
• Possess strong knowledge of staging, lighting, camera and photo editing
• Perform photo editing, manipulation and color correction
• Capture and enhance screenshots for the documentation website
• Create design and mockups for the various features and functionalities added to the documentation site

Other Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media handles of the company
• Learn new tools and assist various teams in driving new projects
• Manage timely creation and delivery of the company newsletter with the help of the creative and content teams
• Ensure all events of the company are conducted smoothly by taking care of all requirements related to photos, videos, systems, and equipment

Mandatory Skills

• Professional experience in multimedia production, graphic design and video editing
• Strong working knowledge of graphic design and video production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity, Figma, etc.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Interest and ability to develop content and write copy for social media, newsletter, and website.
• Eager and willing to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest multimedia, design, photography, and videography trends and tools, and consider how they translate into workable solutions for the company
• Proficiency in photography, photo retouching, color correction, manipulation, and implementing quality photo standards
