Job Description

Responsibilities-

•         Develop and maintain service that extracts websites data using scrapers and APIs across multiple website
•         Extract structured / unstructured data
•         Manipulate data through text processing, image processing, regular expressions etc.
•         Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
•         Manage testing and bug fixes
•         Structure and manage database for analyses, collaborating with U.S. thought leaders to shape the upcoming reports
•         Manage data by proper data integration and management to all aspects of achieving data and analytics result quality.
•         Continue and build on our work by automating the data pipeline on our data science/ BI platforms

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications-

•          Good knowledge in Python, MySQL
•          Good knowledge in web scraping and APIs
•          Familiarity with some scraping tools like Beautiful Soup and Selenium.
•          Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
•          Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
•          04-5+ years of work experience as a Python Developer
•          Sound understanding and knowledge of Python and My SQL
•          Experience on web crawling, scraping (Scrap,  Beautiful Soup, Selenium) and web application development using Django Flask Framework
•          Experience in leading and mentoring a small team would be plus
