Position:- Closures Durability

Location:- Pune

Responsibilities

• Deep mechanism analysis
• Design strategy
• First report, C/M proposals, study, validation and modelling
• Interaction with the client, execution and deliverables
• Performance Status Report

Tools

ANSA, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, HYPERWORKS

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the following performances of Closures Durability
1. Rough Road
2. Bike Rack
3. Heavy Parts
• Open and close durability of closures
• First report for each non-achieving and/or marginal achievement for milestone models containing first proposals for C/M
• Propose C/M, based on deformation modes study
• Model them in FE and confirm their effects in order to achieve the performance
• Confirm side effects (by checking several load cases and by checking surrounding areas)
• Report results of the studies, using templates provided by client
