***Applicant should be currently staying in Chennai or ready to relocate to Chennai if offered with proper Broadband connection willing to WFH / WFO, IF WFO Door step Pick-up & Drop will be provided***


Process: Anti-Virus - Technical Support


Responsibilities:

  • Passionately provide L1-L2 call technical support to the company's customers and business partners.
  • You will strive to understand perfectly what the client needs, gather all relevant information from them and resolve the case.
  • Be committed for our customers and share our dedication in striving to deliver world class technical & customer support and first call resolution!
  • Provide follow-up customer contact to ensure satisfactory resolution of incidents.
  • Co-operate with other members of the technical support team, sales team and other departments.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • IP Configuration and troubleshooting
  • Antivirus Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge about Windows Operating system(System restore, Fragmentation, MSconfig & Task manager)
  • Handling of Device manager & Windows Update
  • Firewall and VPN usage

Job Qualifications:

  • Effective English oral communication skills
  • Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
  • Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
  • Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
  • Competent in MS office and web browser environments
  • Ability to continually display positive attitude.
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Shift : Rotational Night Shift / Rotational off

Work Location: SITEL INDIA Ramanujam IT Park, Hardy towers, 1st Floor, C block, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR road, Taramani, Chennai 600113 Landmark : Opposite to Thiruvanmiyur railway station.
