Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Experience in handling GST and TDS requirement on Invoice processing.
Proven working experience as Accounting staff minimum 2 years of experience
Experience in SAP based accounting/ similar ERP, computer skills on MS Office particularly excel, PowerPoint.
Having basic knowledge various analytics skills and comfortable with various technology and applications
Keeping updated with changes in finance and accounting areas
Experience in coordinating all types of finance related audits (external and internal) 2 years min
Effective communication skill
2-5 years work experience in Mfg. set up with size of 200-1000cr revenue size
End Results and Deliverables:
1. Ensure timely processing of all nature of bills/ invoices/memos of Bangalore while complying with companys processes, procedures, guidelines and policies.
2.Timely resolution of queries raised by GES and follow up and coordinate with other departments.
3.Ensure timely response on Payable related vendor queries.
4.Support completion of physical verification of fixed assets as per Physical verification calendar.
5.Support on Treasury documentation work.
6.Ensure zero non-compliance in areas of responsibility.
7.Support completion of various audits in timely manner.
8.Effective interactions with cross functional team and with various levels of management.
