Data Management Consultant - Hyderabad @ Wells Fargo

About the Role This role within Data Management and Insights team will be responsible for conducting and setting scrum call process across multiple Agile teams. The eONE initiative seeks to build a one number instrument data foundation that is complete, reliable, and aligned to the general ledger. The initiative will also establish the authoritative data source for common data elements between Corporate Finance and Corporate Risk management to support in scope risk and regulatory reporting. eONE will create a federated, coordinated set of applications and databases to support risk and finance, which will allow for agile and accurate risk and regulatory reporting and analytics that complies with BCBS 239, G&O and the Wells Fargo Enterprise Data Governance Policies and Standards. Responsibilities Scrum Master in a support function across multiple Agile teams. Duties can include but may not be limited to:

• Leading the development scrums which are part of the Business Transformation Office (BTO). Among other things, the BTO is responsible for implementing the Agile framework within the eONE Program.
• Guiding development teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Guiding the team on selforganizing to fill in the gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problemsolving.
• Facilitating getting the work done through cooperation and teamwork.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Leading and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Supporting teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
• Ensuring all work is entered and tracked correctly using the approved Agile tool and following team standards.
