What do we expect from you
- Listen to our customers needs to make sure that they have the best user experience and incredible value out of using our platforms
- Prepare data model on Turanto as per Customer needs
- Prepare prototype application as per Customer needs
- Understanding of design thinking
- Be a team player and make sure that features are completed on time
- Understand the product road map and identify areas where you can contribute to the success of its delivery based on your strengths
- Collaborate with Product Owners leading to elicitation of business requirements and population of associated high-level features to enable early estimation
- Decomposition of features to user stories reflecting benefits, dependencies, risks & priorities to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed
- Ensure technology solutions are aligned with the architecture
- Complete and oversee project workstream deliverables including the quality control/sign off for area of accountability
- Provide ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production
- Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
- Evaluate the effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes, and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Enabler, motivates, directs, and continuously develops a committed, empowered, and high-performing team.
- Assist in documenting the current and future states to identify and recommend improvements, verification, and validation
- Provides support and participates in testing activities, including all interface and technical testing disciplines
- Assists with the business case
- Prioritizes IT work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
- Software, systems, and solution delivery lifecycle experience in technology projects
- Knowledge of agile ways of working
- Be independent and be able to work effectively remotely
- Be flexible to help your team in a different time zone
- Be consistent but also not afraid to push boundaries
