Role : Implementation Consultant
Job description :
You will be responsible for:
HRIT:
- Being a part of HR Technology design team, you will be responsible for Implementation and maintenance of Neeyamo products with different clients Trouble shooting and technology support to global clients and employees Testing and clearance of technology Taking part in training of end users on Neeyamo technology
GPI:
- Employee is responsible for implementing Neeyamo payroll products as per Neeyamo Implementation Methodology and responsible for coordinating with Knowledge team in delivering payroll with 100% accuracy from parallel run 2. Responsible for setting up PayNComp system per client-country requirement along with Bank template & GL file. Responsible for setting up Print merge to generate country specific pay slips.
Configuration:
- Responsible for working with the Implementation team to discuss on the requirements defined in the Configuration book for clients Responsible for product configuration based on the signed off Configuration book as per the agreed timelines Coordination with IT teams Update the troubleshooting scenario and solutions wiki of Neeyamo Status update and reporting
Note: The profile/function of the candidate will be decided based on the score generated after the aptitude test and performance of the candidate in the training period.
Eligibility:
- BE/BTech in CS, IT, ENTC only with year of passing between 2017-2020.
- Should have Java knowledge.
- 60% or above mandatory across educational qualifications.
- No active backlogs.
- Should be comfortable speaking English fluently.
- Flexible shifts (including night).
- Ready to join immediately at Hinjewadi office, Pune and manage own commute.
