We are looking for Business Development Manager - General Sales for the Rajkot location(Freight Forwarding Industry only).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
- Acquisition and retention of customers and increase client base.
- To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
- Sales lead management and monitor them.
- Focus on all lines of business including Vertical and preferred Sectors development.
- Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability.
- Yield enhancement.
- Attend weekly meetings and sales reviews.
- Market knowledge and competitor activities.
- Prospecting a conversion.
- Setting up customer SOP with operations.
- Collections: Payments and TDS
- Customer Management with respect to handling complaints.
- Sales lead Generation.
Required Candidate profile
Relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
Having good knowledge of Inco Terms and Operations
