Job Description

ICONMA (Level 3 Company) is urgently looking for an IT Recruiter (Domestic) for the Hyderabad office. Interested candidates, please revert with their updated CVs at the earliest for further proceedings. Immediate joiners preferred.

Position: IT Recruiter (Domestic)

Experience: 2.5 to 4 years

Work location: Hyderabad

Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred ( 7-10 days max)

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 2.5 - 4 Years (Relevant) of experiences in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Ability to achieve individual targets.
• Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Demonstrative expertise in Talent Acquisition in Information technology (IT) hiring
• Expertise in using different sources of hiring related to Information technology
• Able to do primary and secondary research
• Develop customized databases of talent pool across multiple job roles
• Well versed in working on various job portals & also be able to leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn
• Should have a sound understanding of the talent landscape & be able to generate leads within the industry to gather market insights
• Stay abreast of where the best talent is available in the market & what our competitors are doing differently or skills they are hiring

Preferred Skills (good to have):

• Highly self-motivated and directed with strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge on other HR operational activities

Behavioral Attributes

• Demonstrate relationship building and teamwork skills within all levels of the organization in a collaborative effort
• Must be adaptable in a changing environment and be effective in many different business settings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any domain with MBA in HR or related preferred
