ROLE - SME Solution specialist - Telesales voice Process  

"As a Subject Matter Expert at Possier.com, you will be joining the core inside-sales unit responsible for generating leads & appointment for the field sales team.
The opportunity is inside office profile to generate appointments for on-field business development managers.The desired candidate will be systematic and organized, a proven closer of sales in any sector, with a flair for creatively communicating technological POS software solutions which benefit a wide variety of restaurants."

WHAT'S ON OFFER : 

* CTC:  Competitive salary with an attractive performance based Monthly Incentive package.

* Shifts : Day shifts only. (10 AM to 7 PM), fixed Sunday off.

* Job Location: Vadapalani, Chennai. 

*  Experience: 1 year +. 

*  Desired Profile:  Solid sales experience i.e; Tele-Sales/ Tele-Marketing/ Software Sales/ Upselling / Customer support cum Sales.

WHAT YOU NEED: 

* 1+ years' experience in Inside Sales / Voice process from Sales domain with Targets.
* Experience in Outbound Tele-Sales is an added advantage.
* Experience and ability to negotiate deals successfully

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* Explain the customer on the product, its features, benefits and discuss special promotional offers available.
* A typical day will require a maximum of 40 to 50 outbound calls from the assigned campaign, resulting in generating 4 to 5 solid appointments on daily basis..
* The core responsibility would be to talk to new customers for generating fresh appointments & follow up on existing customers for references.
* A regular day involves making 4 to 5 leads/appointment generation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi ( kannada can be considered as substitute on absence of Hindi proficiency)
2. Ability to communicate in other south Indian languages like Kannada/ Tamil etc along with English & Hindi will be an added advantage.
3. Strong Interpersonal skills, motivating and achieving.
4. Passionate about a career in Tele- Sales.
5. An influencer with consummate negotiation skills.
6. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
7. Charismatic team player.
8. A high degree of self-motivation and Ambition.
