Job Description

Location Mumbai -Corporate office

Specific Responsibilities

• Manage Branch issue related to Finn one System.
• Month end issue to close before start EOM,
• Manage change request in finnone , DF and JAYAM System.
• Ensure all internal Secu.flagging must process before EOM.
• Ensure UAT has to complete within TAT with 100% accuracy before move any Patch to production.
• Ensure Vendor monitoring & follow-ups.
• Ensure better co-ordination with internal / external customers to provide End to End services.
• Key Performance Indicators Competency Levels Retails Loan process
• TAT Adherence

Technical Competencies /Skills

• Good command in loan Operational Knowledge of all retails assets/ Dealer funding Loan Products & processes is mandatory.
• Good Communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence and drive outcomes

Total Experience - 4 to 7 yrs

Relevant Experience - Mini 2yrs

Qualification - Mini Graduation
