Experienced with Steel Metal candidates will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in Purchase of consumables & capex.
Candidate for steel industry will be preferred.

Procurement of consumables & capex.
Identify new suppliers, agree terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates.
Track and ensure timely delivery of materials as per planned schedules and ensure 100% material availability.
Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's requirements.
Foster close working relationships with associated departments e.g. Marketing, NPD, Production, Finance & Accounts and Store.
Maintain records of materials ordered and received.
May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain IATF-16949/9001 management system.
Furthermore any work assign by seniors.
Specification
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Skills:
Person should be well-versed in MS Office, ERP/Talley 9
Strong ability & Analytical skills to negotiate with vendors on contract terms /pricing agreement etc.
