Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled, young and dynamic Talent Sourcing Specialist to oversee all aspects of Human Resources Recruitment practices and processes
Work with client-facing managers to understand hiring needs and create a sourcing plan.
Responsibilities will include building an ongoing candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media and AI tools.
Gather requirement from Hiring Manager and create a attractive Job discerption
Screen resumes and write detail notes and grade each profile
Work Experience
6 Months to 1 year of sourcing/recruiting background.
Good experience in job board and LinkedIn or social-media searches.
Excellent communication skills.
