Hiring for Quality Analyst Inbound (Voice Process)
Qualification HSC
1) Has worked as a quality analyst with any Inbound process
2) Should have understanding of the 7 quality tools
3) Should be aware of POWER POINT and excel.
4) Should have knowledge of check sheet, fatal nonfatal, calibration, top call drivers.
5) Training new candidates about the policies and procedures that needs to be followed while interacting with the customer.
6) Monitoring & auditing call
7) Proper feedback mechanism with employees, as per clients requirement.
Eligibility Criteria:
1) Good command over English
2) 12th Pass or 10+ 3 Yrs diploma Complete or Graduate in any stream
3) 2-6 plus years of experience in customer services/Sales / BPO/KPO
4) Have managed 30+FTE for Voice Process
5) Process & product awareness
6) Industry & Domain Knowledge
7) MS Power Point, MS Excel, Word & Outlook
8) Graduation Mandatory
