Job Description
Hi,
We have urgent requirements for a store manager role for AND & Global Desi across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai Locations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete management of Store operations
- Drive team towards successful achievement of assigned Targets on Business parameters including YOY growth
- Maintain Like for like (LFL) / Same store growth ahead of the prevailing market trends
- Managing Team by driving / aligning personal aspirations with laid down company objectives and targets
- Team briefing/grooming/training and development/retention of talent for deployment in the best interest of Company
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per the latest trends & norms of the company
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Operational excellence to ensure adherence to laid down SOPs
- Maintaining track of stock dispatched and global count on a timely basis to avoid shrinkages
- Creation of weekly staff roster to ensure proper staffing at all times
- Being updated on competitors, retail partner performances and consumer trends
- Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by Stakeholders
- Ability to handle staff grievances and control attritionRoles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of store manager experience in retail (Apparel)
- Age Limit: 32 years
- Candidate should be flexible to travel to any location within the city
- Should have strong leadership, interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, influencing skills, team management and a proven ability to drive business initiatives is a must
