Job Description-

Answering calls professionally providing complete information about the Medical tests and Labs.

Responsible for Interacting with the patients or their family members and solving their queries.

Manage the total Customer Experience and reduce customer complaints and give resolution to customer Complaints.

Manage PHP and OPD appointment bookings and rescheduling or cancelling the appointments as per the patients need.

Handle Error free Registration, OPD/Emergency bill generation
