Technical Support Executive
Exp: 3 yrs - 7 yrs
Candidates should provide support to customers by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
Candidates are mainly responsible for taking charge of the queries (via email or phone) from the customers using the products of ORBCOMM which includes but not limited to:
Provide Level 1 client support and technical issue resolution via CRM (Sales Force) tool, phone and email medium.
Work with Tier2 team to analyze furthermore on the request and provide a resolution.
Interact with various internal teams like Engineering (Tier3 Software/Hardware), QA and Orders to troubleshoot and/or resolve customer requests.
Requirements
Graduation preferred, but not mandatory.
International inbound calling experience mandatory
Must possess team player attitude, strong work ethics and strict adherence in following the process.
Must be collaborative, possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office products.
Willing to learn new technologies/different internal product lines.
Good at handling international phone calls and willing to work in a 24/7 environment, ( (predominantly night shifts)
Good logical troubleshooting skills
Willing to commute on their own.
Able to work from home, considering the current situation.
High speed internet (WiFi) connection would be a must.
Possession of desktop/laptop would be preferred.
