Conceptualising : Professional should be highly skilled with hands on exposure in Sketching as well as in Silhouettes.
Qualification Requirement : Diploma/Graduates in Fashion Designing from Pearl Academy/NIFT with 0-2 years of experiences in garment designing for womens and girls wear US Brands.
Core Competencies : Design skills, Colour sense, Interpersonal skills, Team Management, Buyer satisfaction, Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Abilities, Quality Assurance, Product Innovation , Business Enhancement etc.
Computer Proficiency : Office Automation, MS Word, Power point. Graphic Package Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw, Tex pro design CAD, Net graphic, Flash etc.
