Work Location: Bangalore (Vijayanagar)
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies.
Understanding the requirements received from the Clients.
Interacting with candidates, doing initial screening, understands their competencies & skill sets, making them clear about the job role.
Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company (Client) and position.
Handling requirements of various experience levels and sourcing candidates according to the requirements, through Networking, Internal Database and Job portals.
Good exposure hiring and conducting walk in drives to fulfill client requirements.
