Job Description:

• Screening and shortlisting the candidates as per the client requirement

• Interacting with candidates, doing initial screening. Understanding their competencies and skills sets, making them understand job role.

• Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to the candidates about the company and position

• Preparation candidates for interviewing with clients by providing the detail information

• Co-ordination with candidates for interviewing and conducting the telephonic interview interview before shortlisting the candidate
