Job Description
Experience:-1-3 yrs experience in field retail visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation, client handling etc.
- Understand brief from the clients and hand it over to the design team.
Align with production team and overlook production of any approved project
Carry out seamless reporting to the clients on project status and other updates.
Innovative in approach, drive new advancements and R&D in the field of installation and other visual communication techniques.
Drives Company processes to maximize the output and inculcate process driven approach in the team.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Excellent communication skill is a must have.
