Designation : Relationship Manager - Customer Engagement
Job description
1. To up sell MF products to Retail/HNI Clients as per the assigned database, generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele
2. Acquisition of HNI clients and ensure regular contact with all mapped clients through regular calls
3. Responsible for advising Investors, to be able to analyze the asset allocation of Investors to customize the approach in accordance for focused selling
4. Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling MF Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships
5. Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
6. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers
7. Providing Investment planning and advice
8. Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix
9. One point contact for the assigned customer
Ctc - 4.50 Lacs to 5.50 Lacs
Required Candidate profile
Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA with minimum 2 years of experience from BFSI
Certification (Mandatory): Must be NISM Certified (can complete after getting short-listed aswell)
Desired Skill:
1. Should posses effective communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to convince and negotiate with a confident and determined approach
3. Should be highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
4. Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market
5. Should be able to work in team and also perform independently
Candidate should be from Insurance, Broking, Agency, MF, AMC backgrounds. NISM 5A is mandatory (can complete after getting short-listed aswell)
