Senior Scrum Master - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Cerner

• As a Senior Scrum Master your will be responsible for the Scrum management of product teams and organizing scrum meetings, leading multiple crossfunctional scrum teams.
• In this role you will l everage agile ceremonies to drive prioritization and planning and make adjustments to increase scrum team productivity, agility and velocity.
• Your responsibilities also include a cting as a liaison and primary point of contact between the scrum team(s) other stakeholder teams.
• You will d rive continuous improvement for key metrics through proactive and predictive analytics using historical data to identify, anticipate and recommend risk mitigation strategies to leadership.
• In this role, you will i dentify and lead process improvement opportunities at a team, department or organization level along with m anaging and tracking the capitalization, budget and financial aspects related to product teams.
• Additionally you will d rive data representations/metrics .

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems , or related field
• At least 7 years experience on Scrum/Agile project management in IT and SDLC

• At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare domain, Leadership and Scrum team management.
