Production Executive @ Talent Mappers

Job Description

Responsible efficient scheduling of all manufacturing activities in the concerned section.

Responsible for carrying out all operations in the section as per Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsible for efficient utilization of man, machine and material to achieve planned production at lowest possible cost and desired quality.

Responsible for maintaining all product identification and traceability records in the section including statutory records.

Bring to the notice of the section in-charge the non-conformities in order to initiate preventive and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices laid down for respective operations.

Responsible for reducing scrap.

Responsible for preventive maintenance and rectification of machine break down.

Knowledge in manufacturing continuous process, common products, Pharma products, six sigma , continuous improvement & lean process

Knowledge in quality system ISO 9001, ISO13485,ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 added advantage

Good shift handling and manpower management is required
