o Job FUNCTION: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
o VACANT POSTION (AS ON): ONE Job Location: Kolkata, India
o FULFILLMENT Requirements: Immediate
o EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent.
o Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in EPC Company (Overall Experience should be more than 16 Years)
o QUALIFICATION: C A / MBA ( Finance)
o Industry EXPOSURE: Engineering Procurement and Construction Company.
o Nationality: INDIAN
o Language: English (Proficient) both Oral and Written.
o Interview: Skype / VC and Face to Face.
o SALARY: Commensurate with qualification, experience and as per PREVALENT industry STANDARD
Job Description & the Skills required :
As part of an executive management team, the CFO will have interaction with various members of a company, both senior and junior.
Salient Features of Job Description includes :
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the Executive Management Team
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Advising on long-term business and financial planning
Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
