Roles and Responsibilities
1. Entire management of the product development process right from the concept till final phase.
2. To manage the TNA and coordinate with sourcing merchandisers for the sampling.
3. To follow up on the product sampling right from closing the fit till PP closure with the factories.
4. Coordinate with Designers & Garment technicians for the fit approval.
5. Ensure all the approvals done on time like Fabric & trim approvals.
6. To follow & make sure deliveries on time & follow up with all the factories accordingly.
7. Negotiate & close the costing with all the vendors.
8. Ensure that all the vendors to have final POs on time.
