About the company and what is expected from you:
The Spectacle and Eye Wear goods manufacturing cum marketing company needs a branding cum marketing professional who would create a brand that would permit the following:
(!) Because of the Brand Image(own webpage/Social |Media branding exercise), the best talent desires to join the group in Asia including India, USA, Europe, Australia, Africa etc
(2) Because of the SEO, on using specific Search Words, the company URL appears on the first page not only in Kolkata, but also in every state of India, and every state in every country in the world.
(3) Branding would be through Social Media such as Facebook, Google search, Twitter etc ensuring growth in International demand (Social Marketing and Lead generation) and hence orders online multiply from countries such as Australia, USA, Europe, Africa, Asia including South East Asia, Middle East,etc. This would generate a demand for people willing to stock the company products. Hence the company can then call for applications from stockists in these countries and permit stocking of their products, to ease local supply. .
Your past experience ideally:
You would have vast experience at Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Branding and Social Media Marketing, Search Words, Meta Tags, Brand Development, Getting the URL to appear on the first page globally. You would be good at photography and editing images. Finally you are good at creating exciting text messages.
Requirement from the potential SEO cum Digital Marketing professional
Vast Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Search Words, Meta Tags, Registrations with Directories, Creating Backlinks
Experience in Target Client based focused designing of Social Media
Experience executing paid and unpaid social media campaigns
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management
Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Incredible attention to detail
Full understanding of all social media platforms
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of content management systems
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
Prepare emails (Email campaigns) to send out to customers
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Make manual and automatic registrations in relevant Directories. Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
Ensure that the brand message is consistent
