Offshore Team Lead Web, Mobile & Data @ Stratagile Marketing

An experienced Team lead who has rich technical and project management expertise in leading web or mobile projects from conceptualization to development and rollout. This includes understanding the project milestones working with frontend and backend programmers along with web administrators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a team of 20-30 developers
Understand web , mobile and social platforms and work with overseas offices
Create project test cases and work with the programing team to ensure end to end delivery
Managed Agile projects and experience on working with GIT, Jira, confluence etc.
Preparation of project documents Business Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement Specification and Data Flow diagrams
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
An eye on detail and fast track understanding of project requirements
Ability to understand newer technology frameworks/ updating of technical skills
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate with teams of all shapes and s, while also being able to work independently as a self-starter on an as-needed basis
Ability to operate and interact with customers in a remote / virtual environment.
TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
A good understanding of HTML, CSS and other web concepts
An understanding on front end and back end technologies when it comes to web and mobile platforms
Exposure to Google analytics, SEO and Search console
Familiarity with web, digital, mobile and web analytics
