Responsibilities:

Identify potential retailers on a daily basis and enroll them

Extensive travelling to district location around the HQ where employed.

Achievement of defined targets on key parameters.

100% execution of strategies planed by superiors

Collaboration with SO/ retailers to enhance productivity

On job training to /SO/ retailers during visits ( Joint calls on field)

To conduct Monthly review meetings with Retailers & SOs

Daily reporting of team activities on retailers enrolment /SO recruitment /activation through app

Maximize the earnings of retailers /SO/through knowledge & skill based interventions

Adherence to compliance to arrest unethical practices

To ensure overall Profitability of the unit

Make appropriate tour plan for self and team month on month as per business needs.

Qualifications and education requirements

MBA /Any graduate (preferable pharma / BSC)

Work Experience: min 3 years in Pharma / FMCG/ BFSI) ( 1 year in Insurance preferable )
