Incedo is hiring Technical Support Executives for Gurgaon location!!

Role: Technical Support Executive

Education: Any graduate

Experience: 01 year to max 04 years (preferably in tech support-Voice)

Shifts: 24*7 shift. (US Shift)

Job Location: Udyog vihar phase-3, Gurgaon (No cabs)

5 days working

Salary- Upto 4.5 LPA

+ Night shift allowance

+ 4500/ Month- Transport allowance

Primary Skills-
1) Excellent communication skills is a must.
2) 24*7 operations & most of the times shift will be in EST hours.
3) Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly.
4) Basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets.
5) Email configuration.

Secondary Skills
1) Customer service approach
2) Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings, Tech Support (Semi-Tech) voice process.
3) B. Tech/ BCA freshers with excellent communication are also eligible to apply.
