Linux Systems Administrator

What you will do:
Coordinate testing of new hardware products and their launch to our data centers around the world.
Assist customers troubleshooting advanced issues across dozens of different OS and control panel configurations.
Help train new staff and create processes to further organizational expertise.
What we expect:
Experience with Linux, other OS offerings, and/or Control Panels.
Possess a strong desire to solve customer concerns and ensure customers are happy.
Ability to use problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems.
Experience working on physical hardware deployments, maintenance, and testing.
A positive and professional demeanor.
Pluses:
Experience with game servers, vps servers or any sort of web hosting.
Virtualization experience (Openstack, AWS, Azure, Vmware, Esxi, KVM, Xen, Virtuozzo, Openvz)
A+ Certification

Cisco Certifications
Redhat Certifications
Microsoft Certifications
