Job Description
Required Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in W2 recruitment/talent acquisition.
Demonstrated experience & expertise in the areas of sourcing, assessment, and selection at all levels.
Well versed with all kind of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099, and C2C)
Experience in Recruiting consultants on a W2, 1099 Basis for Contract positions.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
Proficiency including Linkedin, ATS, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Effectively managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, prioritize conflicting demands, and organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results.
