WORK FROM HOME :-

Candidates can work from Home provided they have a Laptop / Desktop with Internet Connection.

Eligibility Criteria & -

* MBA in HR / Graduation / Any relevant qualification.
* Male / Female both can apply.
* 1 to 15 years of experience in US IT Recruitment ;
* Should have experience in sourcing the profiles from Dice, Monster, Career builder and LinkedIn ;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
* Effective problem solver with ability to self- manager ;
* Source, screen, interview and place candidates through prospecting, cold- calling,networking and generating leads and referrals ;
* Ability to Work as a team and independent to ensure goals are met in a timely fashion ;
* Ability to work in a Matrix driven environment must be able to submit 3 to 5 candidates each day with at-least 50%-70% release ratio ;
* Should be able to conduct Pre-screen phone calls, interviews, rate negotiation and reference checks ;
Handle multiple searches in a timely manner with professionalism and proactive communication ;
* Perform general administrative functions related to recruiting.
