Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Initiate identification, evaluation, and addition of new language experts to the vendor database

Analyze the best ways to use the time available and capability offered by the freelancers, and advise them on the same

Regular update of the online database with reviews and comments and strike-off as per feedback received from the project teams

Regularly coordination with project delivery heads and project managers for resource requirements on projects and satisfy the same

Regular engagement with the freelancers through planned events and on occasions to create a sense of belongingness with the Mayflower Family.

Reporting and MIS as required

Online recruitment of Freelance Translators according to targets

Translator Training and Feedback

Skills Required

Hands on experience in Recruitment

Social Media Hiring experience, example Facebook, LinkedIn, UpWork, Proz, Translatorscafe

Good Verbal and Written Communication in English

Nice to have working experience in Translation Industry
