Roles and Responsibilities
1. The candidate will be responsible for development of the business from the closed peripheries of the Sangamner city and the near by periphery
2. Responsible for building new client tie ups
3. Responsible for sales generation from the client tie ups
4. Execute various marketing activities such as CMEs, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education Programs, Life Style Management Programs etc.
5. Carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved
6. To proactively and systematically monitor and observe competition, market trends, customer needs and advise products/services to the management.
7. Explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital
8. To analyze potential of new products and identify opportunities for new products and services to increase market penetration.
9. Do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
10. To plan various activities as per the phasewise Marketing Strategic plans
11. Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
12. Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
13. Support in all marketing purposes to the Head Marketing
