Software Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Wells Fargo

About the Role: Highly skilled web application developer to work in AGILE methodology as part of selfsufficient scrum team with core application development, test automation and CI CD with core experience in Microsoft technologies, UFT and Selenium tool. Responsible for analysis, development and interaction with global team Responsibilities

• The position is a senior development team member / lead who has hands on experience with development in .NET/C# technologies hosted on any of the Cloud infrastructure (Azure is desired by not mandatory)
• Proven experience in Web application development under Agile methodology (Preferable Scrum / Scrumban).
• Take ownership of end to end delivery within Selfsufficient development team - Responsible for estimating stories, core development, peer testing.
• Experience with working on JIRA (creating requirements / user stories / defect tracking / Jira Board) and played a role of Scrum Master (secondary role) is an added advantage.
• Understanding and development using Automation Tools like Selenium and Framework Designing, knowledge of Hybrid/Keyword driven Automation
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Should have experience on running different initiative across the project
• Review and Analyze release notes and transform to user stories for development and integrated automation testing.
• Work on Scripting and Automation to address project requirements for in sprint testing
• Good communication skills

• Should have at least 6-8 years of hands-on experience with web application secured development with MS stack. Includes automation and scripting for unit test and regression suite
• Experience in banking regulatory related applications
• Should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Database PL/SQL
• Knowledge on any of the DevOps Tools (GIT/Jenkin/Maven) and worked on CI CD integration in the past is added advantage
• Working knowledge in Automation methodologies and Automation tool (Selenium)
• Core Java knowledge is a definite advantage.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and judgment, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work towards a deadline in a fast paced, aggressive development schedule

• Bachelors/Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Advanced scripting experience using Unix Shell Scripting, Perl, Python, Java, or PL-SQL
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge in Banking Domain will be preferred.
• Should be able to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
