Position: Asst. Manager for Project Management Office Support Manager
Exp: 6 Years
Qualification:B.Tech (Computer Science)/ any engineering graduates.
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in CAB(Change Approval Board) meetings with Change management processes, presentation, reporting and control
- Perform service desk activities regarding assignment, tracking and reporting of incidents and service requests and coordinate resolution of technical issues
- Take ownership of PMO meetings including scheduling, minutes and actions and also provide similar support to the Delivery Management team.
- Ensure adherence to defined service/project management standards, processes, and reporting requirements
- Collate and report on the performance of the services analysing trends and highlighting areas of improvement
- Develop, document, and maintain service and project related processes
- Support continuous improvement of the service by identifying and incorporating new processes and controls
- Advise and assist team members in the application of procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards
- Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the PMO/SMO
Experience & Qualification Criteria
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT application management services and support
- Knowledge/experience of ITSM/ITIL Methodologies. Relevant certification is a plus
- Good exposure in managing ITSM tools preferably SAP Solution Manager
- Result oriented and ability to work and act on own initiative.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Ability to develop effective administration and support systems
- Ability to complete tasks on time and to a high standard, with attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Ability to priorities and manage workloads.
