Job Description

A. Position Purpose

To support the Operations and Business for the Trade Finance Business

B. Position Responsibilities

• Support the Trade Finance for both Domestic and Foreign Operations
• System awareness; testing and certification of the various products changes/customizations of Trade Finance
• Knowledge of the regulatory guidelines vis- -vis the system functionalities
• Improve the operational efficiency and cost savings
• Customer delight and support to the end-user
• Suggest innovative solutions to the needs of the business and operations to effectively manage the trade business and introduce new products/systems/pracitices.

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

• Graduate /Certification in Trade Finance / UCPDC
• 3+ years of Experience on finacle application trade module
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst catering to the needs of trade Finance having implemented/supported software/Tools used for trade finance
• Candidate who has worked in a trade finance dept (operations/Business for atleast a couple of years in the past with Experience in regulatory reporting related to trade finance is an added advantage
• Thorough Knowledge of Trade Finance Operations and regulatory guidelines
• Should have good knowledge of products and functions of trade finance
• Knowledge of Supply Chain finance business and operations shall be added advantage.

D. Competency Requirements

a. Technical Skills

• Having knowledge of finacle ver 10.x and the table structures of finacle and Pl sql queries.

b. Behavioural Skills

• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated and pro-active
• Should be able to work under strict deadlines
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize
• Team player
• Organized & Disciplined
