Job Description

Minimum of 3 years experience in IT.
Supporting Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012), Linux & Asterisk Servers.
Practical working experience on Windows servers, Servers backup.
To be able to pull up and generate reports from the servers regarding login activities of agents.
Good practical knowledge of (LAN & WAN) component (Switches, router & firewall) with real time support.
Working knowledge of Firewalls - creating and implementing Policies & User accounts.
Practical experience with Call Distributors like Nortel, Avaya, Cisco and Ameyo.
Working Knowledge of Mail Servers .
Thorough experience with Active Directory (Domain Controller), DHCP, and DNS.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Hands on experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills.
Proven expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of hardware problems . This should include Servers, desktop systems, Network etc.
