Managing all accounting transactions.
Preparing budget forecasts.
Publishing financial statements in time.
Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Ensuring timely bank payments.
Computing taxes and prepare tax returns.
Managing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Preparing report on the companys financial health and liquidity.
Auditing financial transactions and documents.
Reinforcing financial data confidentiality.
Complying with financial policies and regulation.
Regularly interacting with all Accounting management within the organization.
Analyzing and processing all kind of invoices like PO invoice, Non PO invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note and resolving the blocked invoice.
